短期访问学生

If you are enrolled at a college other than 亚虎 and you would like to take classes at 亚虎 in order to transfer them back to your “home” college, 你被认为是临时访问学生.

短期访问学生是:

• 负责学杂费

• Allowed to register for classes where seats are available
• Not eligible to be placed on waiting lists for classes

• Check for current 亚虎 prerequisites for the 课程 you wish to take by viewing the 目录.

NOTE: If you were a student at 亚虎 within the last 3 semesters, 跳过步骤1, 2, 下面3个. If you were not a 短暂的拜访 学生 when you were enrolled at the college, 您需要提交一份 节目更改表格 (pdf) to change your program to 短暂的拜访.

1. 完成 在线申请 for admission to 亚虎 as early as possible.

3. Once you have received an email of college acceptance, review and 电子ally sign the 学生入学协议(SEA)表格 verifying your understanding of important information related to your enrollment at 亚虎. 4. 选择 一个 注册课程的两个选项之一:
   
   • 我们的 电子 流程:临时学生必须完成 online 临时访问学生登记 & 许可的形式 for each semester you wish to attend and have your institution dean or advisor sign it approving the 课程 selected.
     (Please note that each person filling out this form will need to create a DynamicForms account if they have not already d一个 so. 如果家长和学生在这张表格上签字, they must each have their own DynamicForms account using their own e-mail addresses.)
     
     • 学生s must complete the top portion of the form, sign then click submit for the form to 电子ally send to your dean or advisor.
     • 一旦院长或指导老师在表格上签字, it will submit to 亚虎’s Enrollment 服务 to be processed.
     • 何时开始注册, you will be registered and an email will be sent to the email address you used setting up the 临时访问学生登记 Form.
   Or:
   • 我们的 未经预约而来的 流程:临时学生必须完成  临时访问学生许可表格 (pdf) for each semester you wish to attend and have your institution dean or advisor sign it approving the 课程 selected,  or you may provide your home college’s permission form. 请同时填写 添加/删除/退出形式 (pdf) to register at the 德雷斯巴赫/安德森学生成功中心 starting the first day of registration. 5. Individuals registering on behalf of a student must also provide enrollment services a completed 信息发布授权表格 that has been signed by the student along with a copy of the student's picture ID.
   • 短暂的拜访 students cannot add/drop or withdraw online.
6. 交学费. 款项应全额支付. Payment can be made online, over the ph一个 or in-person at the  Bursar's Office or enrollment services at any of our campuses.
   • Failure to pay tuition or make payment arrangements may result in your class(es) being purged (deleted).
     • If you cannot pay your tuition in full, GTC offers a “不清除”付款选项. This option ensures that a student’s class schedule will not be deleted for non-payment. 需要付首付款.

   Note: Transient students are not eligible for financial aid at 亚虎.  Check with your home institution for financial assistance information concerning attending another institution.
7. Take your printed schedule to receive a student picture ID and your parking permit.  Click for locations and schedule or for more information.
8. Once enrolled in classes, log in to your student e-mail account through GTC4me.

You must request an official transcript be sent to your home institution at the end of the semester once your final grades are posted.
